AI Advertising ("we", "us") is an Australian business. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Contact and audit forms: your name, email, and anything you type into the message or website fields. We use these to reply to you and to run the audit you asked for. Nothing else.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). We don't use it to identify you personally.
- Server logs: our hosting keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and performance.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
- We don't add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask to be on one.
- We don't share your information with third parties except the service providers needed to run this site (hosting, email delivery, analytics), or where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Form submissions are delivered to our team by email and stored in our business mailbox. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we'll action it promptly.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site usage. Blocking them in your browser doesn't affect anything on this site.
Complaints
If you believe we've mishandled your information, contact us first and we'll do our best to fix it. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
